TDDI Digital & AI Lead
Fonction
Lead & own E2E Digital, AI & Innovation roadmap to accelerate business strategy
- Define needs to accelerate country and regional business strategies.
- Translate needs into high level product vision and/or consumer journey to be implemented at accounts.
- Align with teams, domain leaders and local IT to translate product vision in high level roadmap.
- Own data and digital budget and responsible for ROI definition and monitoring.
- Own and monitor Digital, AI & Innovation roadmap ROI.
Drive execution of the Digital, AI & Innovation roadmap
- Ensure smooth collaboration with key stakeholders (Platforms, TDDI global and regions).
- End to end responsible for driving the growth of Omninchannel Digital solutions (I.e Dynamify) & AI products (I.e 4-site, pricing, powerchef, menuAI, etc)
- Define and track the right targets and business KPIs.
- Setup the right business governance to drive deployment, usage and impact.
- Influence staffing of key business resources
- Develop, execute and successfully deliver the global Tech, Digital & Innovation strategy through effective change management.
- Drive and animate the Innovation agenda
Reinforce country value proposition with Tech, Digital & Innovation product & support the sales process.
- Develop Go-to-Market TDDI approach (incl. value proposition / marketing materials / communication / etc.), connecting client desired outcomes, Sodexo value levers and TDDI product & service portfolio.
- Support complex solution design sales (incl. client presentations & demo).
- Collaborate with Global / regional / country service owners and marketing teams to design the right Tech, Digital & Innovation products for client services.
Is responsible for business transformation
- Own acculturation & Training programs for different type of audiences across the country / Cluster
Profil
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect business strategy to Tech, Digital & Innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in Tech, Digital & Innovation business transformation in an international context and matrix organization.
- Past experience in for example the software industry (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.), Food/FM service industry or as a business strategy consultant.
- Past experience with consumer facing data / digital and tech solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and implementing similar international transformation programs within another listed company.
- Deep understanding of Tech, Digital & Innovation business use cases
- Affinity with different AI solutions and applications
