Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of commercial projects within Facilities and Food Services. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and service and support teams to ensure seamless project execution. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to project management methodologies and effective utilization of Sodexo’s tools and processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope, deliverables, and assembling a project team with clear roles
  • Creating and managing the project schedule, ensuring synchronization between deliverables & engaging stakeholders with effective communication
  • Monitoring budget constraints, conducting quality control, and identifying risks with mitigation strategies

Profil

  • Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years in a similar role; project management certification (PMI, Prince2, Agile) required
  • Experience in service industries such as Facility, Food, or Hospitality Services is a plus
  • Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven client interaction in international environments
  • Effective management skills with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and process orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at partnering with senior management
  • Solid analytical and financial management skills, including Profit and Loss understanding and risk management
  • Experience in change management with strong business ethics and a humble approach
